Depression, loneliness, and suicide are all issues that many people deal with over the holiday season. Here at Psych with Mike, we have discussed these issues and today's episode on suicide hopefully will be educational and helpful for everyone who listens. Suicide is a significant concern and results in twice as many deaths each year than homicides. Every person can learn how to intervene in the life of individuals that are feeling depressed and contemplating suicide.
