The entire world is learning how to cope with efforts to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus. Efforts to shink the numbers of individuals we come into contact with have come to be known as social distancing. But as the news continues to report a changing spectrum of realities associated with numbers of individuals contracting the virus and who is most at risk, many of us feel overwhelmed.
